TALC is a mineral composed of hydrated magnesium silicate with the chemical formula H2Mg3(SiO3)4 or Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. Talc is used by humans since thousands of years as body powders and cosmetics. We operate in the country’s single largest Talc Mine and have access to some of the richest deposits of the mineral in the world.
The colour of the material varies from pure white to silvery white. The product is used by many industries like : Ceramics, Electrical Industry, Paint industry, Plastics, Paper Industry, Rubber Industry, Detergents. There are hundreds of talc deposits of various sizes in activity throughout the world. Each talc deposit has its own features, its own geological signature. Talc can be white, grey, pink, blue, violet, green and even black. Talc is used in the manufacture of a myriad of everyday products. |
